Stop Twin Flame Separation By Healing Your Inner Child

During the separation of twin flames, most commonly known as “the runner and chaser” you can experience a deep emotional heartache that just doesn’t go away, its like there’s a deep wound inside, like a part of you has been ripped out and taken away from you. But, it doesn’t necessarily have to be this way! You can over come this feeling.

First lets remember that words have power, lets switch The words from 'chaser' to 'stayer' and from 'running' to 'balancing”. Its better not to attach negative words, or thoughts to twin flame identity. This stage that many twin flames may experience is mainly all about balancing and alignment. It is an illusion of 3D.

We need to understand that when we’re not aligned with ourselves, we’re not aligned with our twin flame and this path.

One of the most frequent things that block most twins regarding Twin Flame Love is the wounded Inner Child. Twin flames reflect each other and show everything that isn’t healed within us. They reveal to us on what may need to work on in our lives and what needs healing. A lot can be from the wounded inner child within our self.

Basically, our inner child represents our first original self that entered into this world; it contains our ability to experience playfulness, sensitivity, joy, wonder, and innocence

Unfortunately though we live in a society that forces us to hold back our inner child and “grow up.” Most of use look like adults, we act like grown ups, and our age tells everyone we are “grown up.” But our insides can still feel like a child and that isn’t a bad thing.

Actually, the truth of the matter is that, while most adults physically “grown up,” they never quite reach emotional or psychological adulthood. So basically the majority of “grown ups” are not really adults at all. Which can leave most people in a state of child like fears and traumas that intensify in the unconscious mind for decades.

So, our inner child is made of memories and experiences. We see through our own personal lenses of perception. We learn and digest our lessons differently. We all may have experienced some sort of trauma or abuse as a child; it could from anything from family to peers and society. But when a pattern of continuous neglect and abuse is in force, our inner child gets damaged and we then carry the pain, fears and scars to our adult life.

Inner child work is a necessary part of soul work. It reconnects us with a wounded aspect of ourselves: the child within. When we reconnect with this broken part of ourselves, we can begin to discover the root of many of our anger, insecurities, self-sabotaging life patterns, fears and phobias that we may carry. Then, the true healing can finally take place.

Learning to work with your inner child isn’t about becoming childish again; it is about reconnecting with your child like side. There is a big difference with being childish and child like.

When you’re being childish it usually refers to your behavior and acting in an immature and naive way. But being child like can be thought of as a state of innocence, and trustworthiness.

We all have the ability to experience our original innocence; this is that period in our lives when we saw the world with amazement, wonder and openness. Here are some you can help heal your inner child:

Forgive

Forgiving yourself and others lightens the weight of childhood traumas and past pain. It all allows you to bring greater love and joy into your present. Love is the key to healing, so give it to yourself. Once you do this you will be in a higher vibrational state of love, and will be magnetizing to blessings, positive outcomes and experiences into your life.

Apply Bright and fun colors

Allow your true inner colors to shine. Just because you are an adult doesn’t mean you have to switch over to neutral and plain colors. It’s okay to allow your inner true colors to shine through. Wear and Apply fun and bright colors that you like. Let your inner child shine, and you will attract those who are free and fun with their inner child as well.

Communicate with your inner healer

If you have any mother\father wounds from your past write a letter to them (but don’t send them) tell them everything on how you felt and what you needed from them the most in the past but never received. This can take the pressure off your heart immensely.

Then write another letter to your inner child- your wounded part. But instead, address them using the 3 different ego personalities, the child, adult and the parent. You don’t have to stop at 1 letter, keep writing them until your hurt has released.

Look At Old Photos Of Your Younger Self

Look through old photo albums and look at what your younger self used to look like. Let that image be sunk into your brain because it will serve you well throughout the rest of your inner child work. Remind yourself of your inner child’s presence by placing these old photos near your bedside, wallet, binders, and computer desktops or just around your house.

Do the things you used to love doing as a child

Take some time out and do the things you used to love doing as a child, whatever it is. You may feel a bit foolish at doing this but it is vital to inner child healing. Plus you can discover and connect to sides of yourself that you never even knew existed. Some may even call this discovery life changing, So It is important that you make a habit of this “play time” and explore any silliness or embarrassment you feel towards it. Its normal to feel a bit crazy doing this but you have to keep an open mind about this all.

Tell Yourself Positive Affirmations

Affirmations are a powerful way of attracting all that you desire and want to manifest in your life. They are also very potent on clearing childhood blocked. Start by Looking into the mirror and look deep into your eyes and say some of these affirmations:

“I love you”

“I forgive you”

“I’m sorry”

Repeat these affirmations DAILY to yourself to assist you. By Saying this can help you experience more peace, love and joy and to become more compassionate and confident too.
