Twin flames or often called “twin souls” are basically the other half our soul. We each have one twin flame. In the very beginning each soul was split into 2 and each went their own separate way. Until they can merge back into one soul and be united, they incarnate life times until they can balance karma, gain human experiences, and become spiritually enlightened. Once twin flames or twin souls finally merge together they do not follow any more lifetimes trying to find each other. A twin flame relationship is said to be the “ultimate relationship.”

Some of the times we can get confused on who is our soulmate and who is our twin flame. Twin flames are closely related to soulmates although there is much difference between the two. A soulmate is a person with whom one has a certain feeling of natural compatibility . It can include similarity, love, romance, friendship, intimacy, spirituality, or compatibility and trust.

So with that said, we can have many soulmates. Soulmates can exist between family members, friends, co workers, spouses, and even pets. But we only have one twin flame.
